Introduction

- Pigtail Harness: A pigtail harness consists of the connectors for the ECM and a wire for each pin on the ECM.

- Development Harness: Development harnesses are pigtail harnesses with power, ground, key-switch and communication wired. The harness is also covered in loom.

- Boot Harness: A boot harness is used when the module has been flashed with bad software and will not respond to attempts to program it. The boot harness will cause the module to go into boot mode and a new programing file will be flashed onto the module.

- Programming Harness: A programming harness contains only the necessary connections to communicate with and flash the module. This includes Battery, Ground, Wake_Input1 (KeySW), and CAN1+/-.

- Simulator Harness: Simulator harnesses are used in conjunction with a Desk Top Simulator.
