MotoHawk's MiniView
This rugged display unit is capable of operating in harsh marine and off-highway applications. Designed to operate with the MotoHawk® line of rugged controllers, the circular display (65 pixels high, 65 pixels wide, 4 built-in fonts, adjustable backlight) is controlled from the customer application via the MiniView CAN interface, typically using the MotoHawk® block set.

Application Note
MiniView comes with a fixed CAN baud rate of 250kbps (not configurable via the MotoHawk block set). The CAN ID’s are also not configurable.

How to migrate my SDK 2600 project software into the new KAntrak 2700 project?
This is done in five easy steps. The KAntrak 2700 has a new LCD. The LCD driver source code is encoded in the library so, the library needs to be changed in 2600 project. A project transformed from 2600 to 2700 will no longer be compatible with 2600. The new 2700 library is compatible with your application code. No change is needed.
- Step 1 :
Since your 2700 project will not be compatible with 2600, please make a backup of your existing project. This backup can be used to modify your 2600 application and update your 2600 KAntrak, as needed. Copy your project folder and give it an appropriate name or use a SCM software.
- Step 2 :
Delete your Sys_lib folder and copy your project into the new Sys_lib folder.
- Step 3 :
Open your project by double-clicking Keil.Uv2 icon.
- Step 4 :
Verify that your project uses Start164.a66 from the new Sys_lib folder.
If not, remove the Start164.a66 from your project and add the new one in the Sys_lib folder.
- Step 5 :
Recompile your code. The new C6 file is now compatible with 2700 & 2710 KAntrak but not 2600 & 2610 KAntrak. If your code does not recompile, send us an EMAIL with the compiler/linker error description. It is possible that you have a beta or an unreleased version of SDK.

The CANtrak 2600 is an intelligent, multi-function display. It monitors numerous CAN based messages and displays the current status of user defined parameters. With its J1939 or custom CAN capability, the CANtrak offers easy integration into a CAN-based control system of MotoHawk® or 3rd party electronics for virtually any type of on-road or off-road vehicle.
